Empowering Young Minds To Soar
At Watch Me Fly, I empower young minds to embrace life's challenges with confidence. My evidence-based, accredited resilience coaching approach fosters personal growth and emotional well-being.

About Watch Me Fly
My mission is to help young people uncover their innate resilience and develop skills to thrive.
Watch me fly is an early intervention, preventative educational programme. It aims to equip young people with the tools to build confidence, manage setbacks and develop a strong sense of self.
Through 1:1 coaching or interactive group sessions I collaborate with schools, parents, and carers to build a sustainable culture of well-being.

About Me
After over 20 years spent as corporate executive in London I moved to Salisbury to focus more on my family and spend time with my daughters as they grew up. I worked for the NSPCC for 3 years and currently work for a children's mental well-being charity delivering mentoring to young people. I am an accredited resilience youth coach and have a deep-rooted passion to make a difference in the lives of young people.

Why This Matters
Young people's self worth today is heavily impacted by factors like academic achievement, personal expectations created by social media, lockdowns and social pressures. Children and the services to support them are overwhelmed. They need help to navigate a way forward, build self-esteem and emotional regulation. This is where resilience coaching makes a difference

1:1 Coaching
Early intervention and focus on prevention not reaction to a mental health condition is critical. I offer personalized support focused on individual challenges and strengths. Helping young people develp positive coping strategies and the ability to bound back from day-to-day stresses. This is not clinical counselling or therapy. This is resilience coaching - forward focused, increasing self-awareness and empowerment so young people can own their way forward. Delivered either face to face or online, addressing specific challenges or focused on a whole resilience education programme.

School Collaboration
In addition to 1:1 coaching I also partner with schools, parents, and carers for holistic support. I work across a range of ages and stages. Primary to university, key transitional moments and everyday challenges. Covering topics such as understanding why we think, feel and behave the way we do, celebrating unique skills and strengths, the power of gratitude and developing a growth mindset. All designed to set young people up for future success and to help them fulfil their potential. I believe that when we support emotional strength early, we set young people up for lasting mental well-being.
